Private Day Trip to Portofino, San Fruttuoso & Camogli from Genoa
This private Portofino day trip from Genoa starts by ferry at 10:00 from Porto Antico and follows the coast to Portofino, the hidden cove of San Fruttuoso, and the fishing village of Camogli — returning by the last ferry at 17:30. No tour bus, no fixed script. Just your group, the sea, and a full Riviera day planned with local timing.
Portofino is popular and in high season you'll feel it. But there's a real difference between arriving on a coach tour with a fixed schedule and moving as your own private group — at your own pace, with someone who knows where to go, when to go, and which corners most visitors never reach. It works beautifully for couples, friends, families, small groups and cruise passengers with a full day in port.
Golfo Paradiso ferry from Porto Antico. Scenic crossing along the Riviera.
The iconic village seen with local eyes — the harbor, the viewpoints, the corners most tourists never reach.
A medieval monastery in a hidden cove, reachable only by boat. Most Portofino day trips skip it entirely — we don't.
A real Ligurian fishing village — colourful houses, pebble beach and focaccia worth travelling for. Most Portofino tours don't include Camogli. We do.
What's included
Your ferry logistics are already part of the experience price. Lunch can stay casual on the day, or we can plan a restaurant stop in advance.
How the day unfolds
We meet at the ferry terminal. I'll sort the tickets and brief you on the day before we board.
A scenic hour on the Golfo Paradiso ferry — views of the Ligurian coast the whole way.
Ferry included in priceThe village can be busy in high season — that's the reality. But I know the timing and the quieter paths that make all the difference.
A medieval abbey in a hidden cove — reachable only by boat. We hop the ferry between stops. Fewer crowds, extraordinary setting.
Ferry between stops includedTime to breathe. If you've added the lunch option, we head to a handpicked local restaurant. Otherwise I'll point you to the best spots.
Last Golfo Paradiso ferry from Camogli. We arrive back in Genoa around 18:30.
Last ferry · don't miss itA curated lunch at a handpicked local spot in Camogli — fresh seafood, local wine. Agreed in advance. Just mention it when booking.
